What a joke I got a barrage of emails and texts messages about my payment not being posted to my account, and they wouldn't be able to process anymore payments until the amount was paid it was for under $25.I called and asked about what type of proof they needed so they said I could fax a copy of my bank statement to them, I did and my bank said call to confirm it was there. I will NEVER open a care credit account, again, and I will be closing this one within the next two weeks, after it's paid in full. I have NEVER had this much issues trying to pay someone. I reach out through the chat app and it took me 3 hours to get absolutely nowhere with someone named Dia. I look at the account and everything changed again, but the total doesn't make sense. Then apparently I get everything settled. Then I asked them to apply the $76 so I can be done with that expired promotion, and they told me it wasn't fully paid off. When I called today to ask them to apply the $76 to the left over balance, I found out they never applied the first $160. So I paid the $76 and an additional $160. The first time I called, I asked them to apply the $160 to the promotional credit that expired - they said they did and that the remaining balance for that promotion was around $76. I have made almost $400 worth of payments on an $800 balance in the last week. What they do is continue to carry that balance over and charge you interest for it. I've been trying to figure out what promotional balance was over, but it's impossible because they do not show you on the app.
